Custom Scientific Illustration

Have a favourite creature or plant you would love to have illustrated for your wall in a traditional scientific illustrative style?

Whether you have your own images to work from, or just know your favourite flora and fauna, I will hand draw your selected species in a classic natural history illustrative style using archival pigment inks and watercolour.

You can have up to 3 species painted in the one artwork. Or you can just have one, it’s up to you!

The background will be blank.

Process:

Once you have completed your order please reach out to let me know the name of the creatures and/or flora you would like drawn, and any additional preferences for positioning. If you would like your own photography to be used for the reference you can send this via email to hello@holliemkelley.com

Materials:

•Watercolour paper, acid free and archival quality, watercolour

Lead Time:
Please allow at minimum two weeks for me to finish your commission and then extra time for postage (which will vary depending on your location)
* If you need your piece by a certain date please reach out prior to purchasing or order well in advance to avoid disappointment.
