Custom Local Flora/Fauna Illustration

Would you like your local area’s flora and/or fauna illustrated in a traditional natural history illustrative style?

Whether you have specific favourite plants or creatures native to your chosen area or are happy for me to research for you and select the species, I will hand draw them in a classic natural history illustrative style using archival pigment inks and watercolour.

You can have up to 12 species painted in one artwork.
The background will be blank.

Process:

Once you have completed your order please reach out to let me know the local area you would like illustrated, and if you have any specific creatures and/or flora you would like drawn, as well as any additional preferences for positioning. If you would like your own photography to be used for the reference you can send this via email to hello@holliemkelley.com

Materials:

•Watercolour paper, acid free and archival quality, watercolour

Lead Time:
Please allow at minimum three weeks for me to finish your commission and then extra time for postage (which will vary depending on your location)
