Everything in my shop is custom printed to order or custom made by me so please consider your purchase carefully.

All orders for stationery and custom illustrations will be sent from Yackandandah, VIC, Australia, via Australia Post.
SHIPPING RATES for in-house stationery & illustrations:
Australia: $10 Standard flat rate shipping
Local pick up is available from my studio in Yackandandah for notebooks, cards and custom illustrations. Please select this option at checkout.
New Zealand: $20 standard flat rate
USA, Canada, Europe, UK, Japan: $25 standard flat rate
Please be aware that you are responsible for any import duty/tax or custom delays your purchase may incur. For customers in the EU or UK please be aware of any VAT that may incur when your item is delivered.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
I cannot take responsibility for your items once they have been shipped.
I cannot accept refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases on products.

Problems with your order?
If you have received the wrong item or there is a mistake in your order, please email me and I will do everything I can to fix it.
